PROMOTIONAL CONTEST RULES

"Win the value of your entire order back as a discount code to spend in our shop"

§1 General provisions

  1. The organiser of the contest is E-Commerce Solutions Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Serocka 10, 2nd floor, 04 - 333 Warszawa, NIP: 1132871152, REGON: 146997715, KRS: 0000487983, running the online shop at: https://lov.ro (hereinafter: "the Organiser").

  2. The contest is held on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with these Rules.

  3. The contest is not a game of chance, a promotional lottery, a betting game or a game whose result depends on chance within the meaning of the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (ustawa o grach hazardowych).

§2 Conditions of participation in the contest

  1. The contest is addressed to natural persons with full legal capacity who:
    a) buy at least one product from the new Lovro collection (the list of products will be published on the website and in promotional materials),
    b) place an order between 4 February 2026 from 09:00 and 7 February 2026 until 09:00,
    c) answer the contest question: "Tell us about a time when your makeup let you down - what exactly happened?",
    d) give their consent to take part in the contest by ticking the relevant box (checkbox) when placing the order or in the dedicated contest form.

  2. Participation in the contest is voluntary and possible only after all the conditions set out in section 1 have been met.

  3. A participant may submit only one contest entry. If attempts to circumvent this condition are detected (e.g. multiple orders from different accounts or e-mail addresses), such entries will be excluded.

  4. Orders that are cancelled, unpaid or returned do not qualify for participation in the contest.

§3 Course of the contest and the prize

  1. From all the entries that meet the conditions of participation, the Organiser will select the 3 most creative answers, guided by their originality, the quality of the statement and its relevance to the topic.

  2. The results will be announced by e-mail to all contest participants by 13 February 2026.

  3. Each of the three winners will receive a discount code assigned to their account in the shop https://lov.ro, with a value equal to the gross amount of their submitted order (but no more than 1000 zł).

  4. The discount code:
    a) may be used only once,
    b) is assigned personally to the winner (e-mail address, order number),
    c) cannot be exchanged for cash,
    d) is valid until 31 December 2026,
    e) may be used only for a future order in the shop https://lov.ro.

  5. If there is an attempt to resell the code or to pass it on to third parties, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel it.

  6. The discount code is a commercial discount, not a cash prize within the meaning of tax regulations.

§4 Exclusions and abuse

  1. Employees of the Organiser, persons cooperating with them under civil-law contracts and members of their immediate families may not take part in the contest.

  2. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants if actions are detected that may point to abuse or to attempts to manipulate the contest (e.g. using several accounts, artificially inflating orders, false data).

  3. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the winner's identity before handing over the prize.

§5 Complaints

  1. Complaints concerning the course of the contest should be submitted in writing to the e-mail address: lovro@primaveraperfum.pl, marked "Complaint - contest".

  2. The deadline for submitting a complaint expires 7 days from the date the results are announced.

  3. Complaints will be examined by the Organiser within 14 days of their receipt.

§6 Personal data

  1. The controller of the participants' personal data is E-Commerce Solutions Sp. z o.o.

  2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of running the contest, in accordance with the GDPR.

  3. Participants have the right to access their data, to rectify it, to have it deleted and to object to its processing.

§7 Final provisions

  1. The Rules are available on the website: https://lov.ro

  2. Taking part in the contest means that you accept these Rules.

  3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules for important reasons, provided that this does not infringe the acquired rights of participants.

  4. In matters not regulated by these Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny).
