Promotion rules: discount code for a review

Discount code rules for the promotion "A review for the Non-Transfer Gel Lipliner"

1. Organiser

The organiser of the promotion is E-Commerce Solutions Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Serocka 10, 2nd floor, 04-333 Warszawa, NIP: 1132871152, REGON: 146997715, KRS: 0000487983, running the online shop at: https://lov.ro (hereinafter: "the Organiser").

2. Duration of the promotion and of the discount code

The promotion runs until the pool of 100 discount codes is used up - and the discount code is valid until 4 April 2026, 12:30.

3. Rules of participation

To take part in the promotion and receive a discount code:

  1. Add a review of the product you ordered at https://lov.ro in the review section of that product or via the dedicated link sent to you by e-mail.

  2. Attach a photo or a video to your review - this is a required condition.

  3. Confirm your review by clicking the activation link sent by e-mail (it may take a few minutes before the e-mail is delivered).

Additional conditions:

  • The review must be submitted from the same e-mail address that was used to place the order for the product being reviewed.

  • If you do not have an order yet - place one first, and then write a review about it.

4. Conditions for granting the discount code

  • The code will go to the first 100 people who meet all the conditions of participation.

  • The date and time the review is confirmed is what counts.

  • The discount code allows you to buy 1 unit of the Non-Transfer Gel Lipliner at a price reduced by 13,89 zł (the regular price being 13,90 zł) - the participant pays the remaining 0,01 zł.

  • Delivery costs are not covered by the promotion and follow the information on the shop website.

  • The code can be used only once by one customer.

  • The code will be sent automatically after a positive verification that the conditions have been met. If the system does not match the review to an order (e.g. because of a different e-mail), the code will not be granted.

5. Limitations and liability

  • Reviews without a photo or a video do not qualify for the promotion.

  • The Organiser is not liable for incorrectly provided data, technical problems or the inability to receive the code because the conditions were not met.

  • The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts and promotional codes.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to reject entries if abuse is detected (e.g. multiple entries from different accounts by the same person).

6. Complaints

Complaints related to the promotion can be submitted by e-mail to: lovro@primaveraparfum.pl within 14 days of the end of the promotion. The complaint should include your first name and surname, e-mail address and a description of the problem. A reply will be given within 14 working days.

7. Final provisions

  • Taking part in the promotion means that you accept these rules.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to change the rules or to end the promotion early for important reasons, e.g. technical problems or changes in the law.
